How do I set a custom alias?

The alias is the word after the slash. To choose it yourself:

1. Paste your URL in the shortener box.
2. Click Custom and type your alias (letters, numbers, hyphens; up to 15 characters reads best).
3. Shorten.

Good aliases are short and descriptive: /menu, /summer-sale, /booking. Avoid long phrases and special characters. Custom aliases are available from the Starter plan upward (5 on Starter, 50 on Pro/Business).
